- 1.5 kg of sweet potatoes

Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Peel and cube the sweet potatoes and yams into bite-sized pieces.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the sweet potatoes and yams with olive oil, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the mixture evenly on a baking tray.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and tender, stirring halfway through for even cooking.
- Once done, remove from oven and let cool slightly.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
