- 200g of snake beans
- 100g of bell peppers

Instructions:
- Wash the snake beans thoroughly and trim the ends, then cut them into 2-inch pieces.
- Slice the bell peppers into thin strips.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the snake beans and bell peppers to the wok, stir-frying for about 5-7 minutes until they are tender but still crisp.
- Sprinkle the chili flakes and soy sauce over the vegetables, stirring to combine and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Season with salt to taste.
- Remove from heat and garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
