Spicy Stir-Fried Snake Beans

Ingredients:

  • 200g of snake beans
  • 100g of bell peppers
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon of chili flakes
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Wok
  • Chopping board
  • Knife
  • Serving plate

Instructions:

  • Wash the snake beans thoroughly and trim the ends, then cut them into 2-inch pieces.
  • Slice the bell peppers into thin strips.
  • Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium heat.
  • Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • Add the snake beans and bell peppers to the wok, stir-frying for about 5-7 minutes until they are tender but still crisp.
  • Sprinkle the chili flakes and soy sauce over the vegetables, stirring to combine and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  • Season with salt to taste.
  • Remove from heat and garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
