Ingredients:
- 150g of mixed nuts (almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts)
- 100g of sunflower seeds
- 100g of pumpkin seeds
- 50g of chia seeds
- 50g of dried oregano
- 60ml of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 tablespoon of honey

Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the mixed nuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, and chia seeds.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, honey, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Pour the olive oil mixture over the nut and seed mixture and stir until well coated.
- Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden brown and fragrant.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool completely before serving.
