Mediterranean Nut and Seed Blend

Ingredients:

  • 150g of mixed nuts (almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts)
  • 100g of sunflower seeds
  • 100g of pumpkin seeds
  • 50g of chia seeds
  • 50g of dried oregano
  • 60ml of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of honey

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Mixing Bowl
  • Spatula
  • Baking Sheet
  • Oven

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the mixed nuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, and chia seeds.
  • In a separate small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, honey, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  • Pour the olive oil mixture over the nut and seed mixture and stir until well coated.
  • Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden brown and fragrant.
  • Remove from the oven and let it cool completely before serving.
