Ingredients:
- 2 cups of jasmine rice
- 1 medium green papaya, peeled and grated
- 1 can (400ml) of coconut milk
- 2 tablespoons of honey or agave syrup
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 cup of water
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions:
- Rinse the jasmine rice under cold water until the water runs clear, then drain.
- In a rice cooker, combine the rinsed rice, coconut milk, water, and salt. Cook according to your rice cooker instructions.
- While the rice is cooking, prepare the green papaya by peeling and grating it into thin strips.
- In a blender, combine the grated papaya with honey or agave syrup and blend until smooth.
- Once the rice is cooked, fluff it with a fork and let it cool for a few minutes.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked rice with the blended green papaya mixture. Mix until well combined.
- Serve the green papaya milk rice in bowls, garnished with fresh mint leaves.
