- 100g of rolled oats
- 100g of almond butter
- 50g of honey
- 50g of chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts)
- 30g of chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt

Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the mixed dried fruits, rolled oats, chopped nuts, and chia seeds.
- In a saucepan, gently heat the almond butter, honey, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt until melted and well combined.
- Pour the almond butter mixture into the dry ingredients and mix until everything is well coated.
- Transfer the mixture into the lined baking tray, pressing it down firmly to create an even layer.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely in the tray before cutting into bars.
