Chilled Espresso Delight

Ingredients:

  • 400ml of strong brewed coffee
  • 500ml of milk (whole or any preferred type)
  • 100g of sugar (adjust to taste)
  • 200ml of heavy cream
  • 100ml of vanilla syrup
  • Ice cubes to fill the serving glasses

  • Blender

  • Large pitcher
  • Servings glasses

Instructions:

  • Brew 400ml of strong coffee using your coffee maker and let it cool slightly.
  • In a large pitcher, combine the brewed coffee, milk, sugar, and vanilla syrup. Stir well until the sugar is completely dissolved.
  • In a blender, whip the heavy cream until it reaches a soft peak texture, then set aside.
  • Fill serving glasses with ice cubes, and pour the coffee mixture over the ice.
  • Top each glass with a dollop of whipped cream and garnish with chocolate shavings or cocoa powder if desired.
