Ingredients:
- 4 medium calabashes
- 200g of shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp of olive oil
- 2 tbsp of soy sauce
- 1 tbsp of chili paste
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp of sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions:
- Slice the calabashes lengthwise and scoop out the seeds with a spoon.
- Heat the olive oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the shrimp to the wok and cook for 3-4 minutes until they turn pink.
- Stir in the sliced bell peppers and cook for another 3 minutes until they are slightly tender.
- Add the calabash halves to the wok along with soy sauce, chili paste, salt, and pepper; stir everything thoroughly to combine.
- Cook for an additional 5-7 minutes until the calabash is tender but not mushy.
- Remove from heat and sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
